I am at least 18
years of age.
I hereby agree to
all terms and conditions laid down by A Redlands Retreat, to arrive and depart
on the agreed and confirmed dates, and to leave the property at Jania Street
or Mill Street secured and without undue or malicious damage.
The management of
A Redlands Retreat
disclaims and will be exempt to the maximum extent permitted by law from any
personal liability in respect to loss, damage or injury whilst in residence
at Jania Street or Mill Street, Redland Bay, and Reef Street, Thornlands.
This limitation of
liability applies irrespective of the cause, including accident both
personal and vehicular, fire, theft, irresponsible behaviour, or act of God.
I understand that
wilful misconduct, damage to property and loud unruly behaviour disturbing
neighbours, will result in immediate termination of contract and eviction
from Jania Street, Mill Street or Reef Street without refund of payment.
Furthermore, the
Management at A Redlands Retreat may require me to provide excess payment on
any insurance claim made as a result of damage, theft or loss of property at Jania Street
or Mill Steet, Redland Bay, or Reef Street, Thornlands.
Pets are welcome
at A Redlands Retreat. We would appreciate it if you could ensure that
their flea treatment is up-to-date.
If you are
bringing pets, it is expected that you pick up after your dog in the garden
and ensure that the pets do not mess in the house. Additional charges
with be incurred if the carpets have to be cleaned or if we have to call
someone out to clean up the garden.
Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation booking charge
will be required to secure the booking. The balance is to be paid 2 weeks
prior to arrival.
All funds must be
cleared prior to access.
Refunds will not
be given for early checkouts, unless the property can be re-let.
Cancellation:
Less than
1 week prior to arrival there will be no refund unless documentation is
provided supporting extreme circumstances. Refunds are to a maximum of 75%
of the booking charges and are at the discretion of the owner.
Booking:
Any
quotation is valid for 30 days.
The Management at A Redlands Retreat reserves the right to refuse or cancel
any booking without prejudice or explanation.
Booking and payment acknowledges that I have read, understand and accept
these terms and conditions. |
