A week of filming for the BBC (TV
programme - Wanted Down Under). Had a mad week with
filming - but a lovely home to chill in - Rebecca and Ben have loved
the house - Rebecca wants to take the bed home as it's so
comfortable. The setting is beautiful - fab for filming, but
the birds were rather noisy - not pleasing for the director -
with sound!! but we loved them. Never saw a koala or Roo!
Found the local people amazing - didn't see much sun - bizarre
weather - rain, rain, and the odd bit of sun, but nonetheless warm
and lovely. Massive spider web in the front garden -
thankfully never saw the beast that made it! Loads of lizards
- which are fascinating to watch. All in all the house was
very comfortable, and had everything you need to have a comfortable
pleasant stay - will it be Oz or UK -??? The BBC will answer that

A lovely spot - a great retreat,
spacious, comfortable and homely! Thank you so much for

Thank you for all your
recommendations....we absolutely loved the Thai restaurant, we
visited twice! The house had all we needed for a wonderful stay!

Thank you so much. We and our dog
had a lovely stay at Redlands Retreat. I am not sure the koala
enjoyed our visit - our dog barked at it! It was a great place to
stay whilst we looked around for a longer term rental. A good
start to our new life in Australia. Anne and Peter Ambrose and
